Worker's Compensation will protect our workers in the event of injury sustained on the job-site. We make sure that the tradesmen and sub-contractors at Yar Construction are insured through the WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) program, relieving the house owner of any potential liability.

Depending on the nature of the work and the particular township's rules & bylaws, aquiring a building permit may be required. We acquire any neccessary permits required for your renovation project, deal with the resulting inspectors who come to ensure the work is done according to code, and finally deliver the permits or certificate of compliance to you upon completion. Expect that with YAR Construction, your project will be professionally completed in accordance with local codes and bylaws.

Our electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and designers all maintain their licenses with their respective regulatory bodies. If a level of licensure or certification is required by a tradesman to work on your project, we will demand it of our workers and sub-contractors.

We hold the quality of our work to the highest standard and absolutely refuse to cut any corners. To reflect our confidence to prospective clients, we offer an 18 month limited warranty on workmanship deficiencies and defects. If its not done right, we will return and repair it at no cost to you.
